| !éveillez votre corps de lumière! The Awakening of the Light Body - Mont St Michel France You have a light body! An energy body beyond the physical, beyond the etheric, which is available for you to experience and grow within. You are invited to Awaken Your Light Body The Awakening is an accelerated path of spiritual growth. This is a three-part class, held near the Abbey of Mont St Michel in Normandy. Each class is a 3 day weekend spread over a 2-3 month period so you may integrate the higher frequencies of light, build the light body, and live from within that light on Earth. The Awakening is delivered through guided meditation, and the transmission of light and sound. The first two segments build what is called the 'Vibrational Energy Body.' In the first weekend, we find and work with the four vibrational energy centers located in the physical body. You may find unresolved issues and patterns come forward giving you an opportunity to clear and release stored energetics. This opens a 'flow' in the emotional body. You will learn to continually return to this vibrational flow as a stable point of reference in your daily life. The second segment introduces you to the three higher light centers – this opens a flow in the mental body, creating what is known as 'mental fluidity'. Accessing your creativity, deeper meditation, a greater peace are common experiences. By the conclusion of the second class, you will be within a harmonized vibrational energy body that you will learn to build, return to, and live from within. This is necessary to harmonize and build before the activation of the final three light body centers, which is the third and final segment of The Awakening. If you are drawn to exploring accelerated growth within yourself, connection with the light within at an experiential level, and Service to humanity, you may be drawn to this three-part series. It will change the course of your life, and propel you into the living from within the wisdom and wealth of your soul. About The Awakening and Ani Lea The Awakening is being held in a small village very near the high light of the Abbey of Mont St Michel, Normandy, France. It will be delivered in English. She has taught The Awakening several times over the years, both in America and abroad. As part of the seed group, she committed 10 years of spiritual growth specifically dedicated to learning the teaching of the Awakening of the Light body and advanced course material.
