Here you may receive the light and grace the Abbey holds, even in this first quiet meeting available by your asking.

The emanation of Mont St Michel is radiant and all pervasive. You are welcome to sign the guestbook for the Friends of Mont St Michel.

This sacred site on our Earth is a daily part of the 10 day spiritual retreat held annually in the Fall. This spiritual retreat with Mont St Michel has 'internal' requirements – for Numina, this means it is not necessary to have done the five day retreat with Chartres Cathedral to gain entry to this 10 day – but it is advised. This is because Chartres alone will 'set the space' for receipt of the high light here at the Abbey, and Chartres will allow you to understand the mechanics of how to hold and return to greater and greater access of the light available here.

How? The retreat of Chartres Cathedral is all about opening the dynamically active inner receptive vessel inherent within all of us. With that in place, what you receive at a level of light and opening at the Abbey, is immeasurable.

Also available within the sphere of influence of the Abbey, is our own Sanctuary: a self catering retreat space created for like-mindeds who want to journey and pilgrimage in their own fashion – or who simply want to get off the grid and spend downtime in the fields of Normandy. It is called “Arc en Ciel” (Arc of Heaven) and is available beginning the Fall of 2004 for essential sublime retreat.

It is not necessary to be doing services to rent Arc en Ciel: it is simply necessary you are looking for a quiet space to retreat within.
